  • 1 large egg
  • 8 ounces unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups pumpkin puree
  • 3 large eggs
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a springform pan by lining it with parchment paper and greasing it with cooking spray.
