  • 2 Tablespoons Butter, browned
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 Tablespoon Dry Milk Powder

  • 5.3oz Pure Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 Tablespoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 406 Grams All-Purpose Flour
  • 150 Grams Brown Sugar
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 3oz Butter, browned
  • 4oz Cream Cheese
  • 2oz Browned Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Tablespoons Heavy Cream
  • 180 Grams Confectioners Sugar

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water and yeast; let sit until frothy.
  2. Add sugar, browned butter, egg, dry milk powder, salt, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice; mix well.
  3. Gradually incorporate all-purpose flour to form soft dough.
  4. Knead on a floured surface for 8–10 minutes until smooth.
  5. Place in a greased bowl and let rise covered until doubled in size (about 1 hour).
  6. For the filling: Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice in a bowl.
  7. Roll out dough into an 18×12 inch rectangle; spread softened butter on top and sprinkle filling evenly.
  8. Roll tightly from one long side; slice into 12 pieces.
  9. Place in a greased baking dish; let rise again (30 minutes).
  10. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 25–27 minutes until golden brown.
  11. Prepare frosting by mixing browned butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and heavy cream until smooth.
  12. Drizzle frosting over slightly cooled rolls before serving.
