Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C).

  5. Wrap the brisket in butcher paper or aluminum foil and continue baking until it reaches 203°F (approximately another 2-3 hours).
  6. Let the brisket rest for at least one hour before slicing.
