Ingredients

Scale
  • 10 flour tortillas (8-inch)

  • Pumpkin cookie cutter (4-inch)

Instructions

  1. Cut out pumpkin shapes from each tortilla using a pumpkin cookie cutter.
  2. Carve fun jack-o'-lantern faces into half of the cutouts.
  3. In a hot non-stick skillet, place one uncut tortilla and sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Top with a carved face tortilla, ensuring the face is facing down.
  5. Once the cheese starts to melt, carefully flip the top tortilla over so the face shows through.
  6. Repeat until all quesadillas are cooked and serve warm.
