  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (or almond flour)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup ketchup (divided)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a muffin tin.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground meat, breadcrumbs (or almond flour), eggs, milk, onion, parsley, garlic, half of the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper; mix gently.
  3. Fill each muffin well with about 1/3 cup of the mixture.
  4. Top each muffin with a spoonful of the remaining ketchup.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until cooked through (internal temperature: 160°F for beef or 165°F for poultry).
  6. Allow to rest for five minutes before serving.
