  • 1 + 1/3 cups + 2 tablespoons blanched almond flour
  • 1/4 cup real maple syrup
  • 12 ounces dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Line a medium baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, almond flour, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  3. Shape about 1.5 tablespoons of the mixture into egg shapes and place on the baking sheet. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  4. Melt dark chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in intervals until smooth.
  5. Dip each frozen egg into the melted chocolate and return to the baking sheet to set.
