  • Salt & pepper (to taste)
  • 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh sage (chopped finely)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme (chopped finely)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary (chopped finely)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 lemon (halved)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F and set a rack in the bottom third.
  2. Remove the turkey from the fridge and let it sit at room temperature for an hour.
  3. In a bowl, mix softened butter, chopped herbs, and minced garlic until combined.
