  • 120 g Whole Oats or Oat Flour (1 + ⅓ cup Whole Oats)
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 125 g Yogurt (½ cup)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Blend whole oats in a food processor until you achieve a fine flour consistency.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine oat flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Add yogurt to the dry mixture and fold until a solid dough forms.
  5. Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper to about ½ – 1 cm thick.
