  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate, melted and slightly cooled
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease and line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Stir in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder until combined. Spread evenly in the prepared pan and bake for about 15 minutes.
  3. For the cheesecake layer, beat cream cheese and sugar in a bowl until creamy. Add eggs one at a time while mixing on low speed. Blend in sour cream, vanilla extract, and melted chocolate until smooth.
